Integrative Care
The integrative care model supports our clients in the best possible ways, for them. We tailor each treatment plan and integrate services that compliment each other. Our providers will work collaboratively with other health care professionals so we can offer the most comprehensive continuum of care to each client.
Client Centered Care
The client centered care model allows the provider to create an individualized treatment plan and customized treatment plan for the client. The client’s specific recovery and mental health needs, as well as their desired outcomes are the driving force behind all treatment planning decisions.
Family Centric
The family centric model is based upon the belief that the best way to meet a person’s needs is within their family system and that the most effective way to ensure safety, permanency, and well-being is to provide services that engage, involve, strengthen, and support families.
